Here we have a twenty-one-minute slice of no-nonsense/old-school walled noise from Pirot, Serbia-based The Filthy Nebula. This is a digital release on Poland’s Gates Of Hypnos.

For the cover artwork, we get a picture of a growling, big haired & teethy humanoid figure- which I’m guessing due to the title is some form of zombie or similar entity. The album can be downloaded here

The single twenty-one-minute track featured here is built around a constantly rolling mix of juddering/ slightly chugging mid-ranged & thinner rattling static flow. Together these elements create of a  feeling bitter cold & strange harvest- where thin bone-like white plants are gathered by a barely holding together & rust-filled harvesting machine. 

Both elements, and the ‘walls’ mixing/ layout are decidedly simplistic, but if you want to be crudely battered & bay- this most certainly does the track.
Going from The Filthy Nebula Bandcamp they have been active since last year- having sixteen releases to its name. I felt sure I’d played/ reviewed some of its releases beforehand – bit seemingly not, as there are none on the site.

For those looking for brain battering rush of crude/old-school walled noise Cry of the Deceased will work like a dream- locking you away in its unescapable maelstrom of  wall noise mayhem
