LHD - Limbs of a Fawn [Misanthropic agenda - 2006]This is harsh, seriously harsh, I’d advise having the volume low on what ever equipment you decide to inflict this on, due to the equipment life and of course your own poor ears. Imagine been inside a huge washing machine drum, that’s seething with clouds of oceanic deep static and your been sent round and round the drum, that’s what Limbs of the fawn feels like. What we have here is all the stops pulled out 36 minute trial by fire noise feast, from the outset, it hits you between the eyes and doesn’t stop hiting until the end, no let up just huge all engulfing sound, that ripples with a thousand metallic screams, and surging electric current pulse. But like the best noise the more you play, the calmer and womb like it becomes, blocking out everything and anything around you- sealing all worry and thoughts off, all that exist is pure sound, and all you want to do is be pulled father in, into the mass of boiling sound. This brings together John Wiese and Phil Blackenship, in an wonderful sadistic orgy for the ears and soul, It feels more like the work of Mr Blackenship( The cherry point) because of the wall of noise like feel, but with Wiese twisted Intensity . It's nicely packed in zero info black digital pak with just strange drawings of fawn limbs, quite what it has to do with fawns in another question, but maybe one not best to ask, since the brain Wrenching sounds within. Pop along here for ordering direct and get ready to be plugged into the national grid. Wonderfully, painful pleasure.
